This Privacy Policy explains how Broadwise, operating the ENY Studio brand, processes personal data when you visit our website, contact us or purchase digital products.
For customers and visitors in the EU/EEA, we process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Dutch data-protection law. Where other privacy laws apply because of a customer’s location or because we specifically target that market, we will respect applicable mandatory requirements.

2.2 Personal data we may process
Depending on how you use the website and checkout, we may process:
name and e-mail address;
billing country, billing address or tax location where required;
order number, product purchased, payment status and transaction metadata;
VAT or tax information where legally required;
communications and support messages you send us;
IP address, device, browser and security information;
website/server logs and technical usage data;
cookie or consent information where cookies or similar technologies are used.
2.3 Why we process personal data
Contract: to process orders, deliver digital products, send transactional messages and provide customer support.
Legal obligation: to comply with accounting, tax, record-keeping and other legal requirements.
Legitimate interests: where appropriate, to secure the website, prevent fraud, enforce licences and intellectual-property rights, improve operations and handle disputes.
Consent: where consent is required, for example for optional marketing or non-essential tracking technologies.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
2.4 Payment processing
Payments are expected to be handled by an external payment processor or Merchant of Record. That provider may process payment details, billing information, e-mail address, IP address, tax location, transaction information and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy terms.

ENY Studio does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own website.
2.5 Service providers
We may use service providers to operate the website and business, including:
Netlify — website hosting and related infrastructure;
GoDaddy — domain, DNS and/or related website services;
Microsoft 365 — business e-mail and productivity services;
a payment processor or Merchant of Record — payment, tax and transaction processing;
digital delivery, security, analytics or consent-management providers where used;
accounting, tax, legal and professional advisers where necessary.
The exact providers used may change. We aim to engage providers that offer appropriate contractual, security and data-protection safeguards.
2.6 International data transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where transfer restrictions apply, we rely on an approved transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognised safeguard.
2.7 Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Transaction, tax and accounting records may be retained for statutory retention periods. Support messages, technical logs and other operational data are deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably necessary, subject to legal, security and dispute-resolution needs.
2.8 Marketing
Buying a product does not automatically subscribe you to promotional marketing. Where consent is required, marketing sign-up will be separate from the purchase process and will not be pre-selected.
Transactional e-mails about an order, payment, download, security issue or support request are not marketing messages.
2.9 Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use strictly necessary technologies required for core functions such as security, checkout or consent preferences. Optional analytics, advertising or tracking technologies will be used only where permitted and, where required, after valid consent.
If non-essential cookies or advertising pixels are added, the website should provide a separate Cookie Policy or consent interface describing the relevant providers, purposes and retention periods.

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data, object to certain processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a competent supervisory authority.

2.11 Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
2.12 Children
Our products and website are not intentionally directed to children where parental consent would be legally required for the relevant data processing. If we learn that personal data has been collected unlawfully from a child, we will take appropriate steps.
2.13 Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, providers, products or legal obligations change. The current version and last-updated date will be published on the website.
